Delivery Terms and Conditions
Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options:
- Nationwide Delivery via An Post
- Flat rate: €4.95
- Free delivery on all orders over €60
- Delivery available across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days
- Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch
- Factory Pickup – Castlecomer, Co. Kilkenny
- Free local collection by prior arrangement
- You will receive confirmation when your order is ready for pickup
- Collection times will be agreed by email or phone in advance
Order Processing
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure that all delivery information provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is delayed or does not arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@sonasensory.com and we will assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
